The Return Specialist role is an entry level role with a great upward career trajectory that focuses on the following success factors:
Experience with electronic devices, electromechanical systems, or access control products.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proficiency with return management or ERP systems.
Observant, organizational, and possess basic technical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Desire to expand knowledge and continue improving.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A Day in the Life of Returns Specialist:
Daily administration of the Salesforce tickets.
Troubleshoot returned hardware.
Prepare reports and credits.
Learning & Development: Complete courses on current products and solutions to stay up to date with company needs.
Office Participation: full-time on-site presence with opportunity for partial remote work after the training period.
