We’re looking for a client-focused, technically skilled, and adaptable professional to join our Enterprise Services Team at SALTO.
As an Enterprise Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a key advisor throughout the survey, installation, and training phases of enterprise-scale deployments. You’ll work cross-functionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, provide technical guidance, and deliver a consistently excellent experience.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate site readiness, installation, and training efforts
Support technicians and partners remotely during implementation
Conduct client training and ensure readiness for first-time use
Document, communicate, and resolve project issues
Contribute to playbooks and internal service standards
