SALTO Systems is a global leader in smart access control. We’re hiring a Chicago-based Area Sales Manager to run the Northeast sales team and drive regional growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers across the Northeast
  • Build strong partner and end-user relationships
  • Support field sales and meet customers regularly
  • Drive pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and regional execution

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Channel sales experience (integrators, resellers, Business Partners/NBPs)
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast
