About the Role: Salto is seeking several dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) to join our team. The TSC will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, ensuring quote and order configuration accuracy, and providing top-notch support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a detailed oriented person and problem solver that thrives when helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key.
· Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services.
· Technical Support: A Scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects. ·
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise.
· Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
· Brand Building: Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners reputation and brand.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
